both runways at laguardia are slated to open at 7:00 this morning. traffic has been a mess really through out the city. there is a lack of people being able to use that public transportation. all of the road closures. between 6:00 and midnight three people have to be in every vehicle in order to go over the east river bridges. you are not going to get a ticket but they aren't going to let you through. there is a frozen zone as well along where the partially collapsed train is. we are told it will be the weekend at the earl list that the frozen zone is going to come down. it has been a headache for a lot of folks living in the area who are evacuated from their buildings. also a gas shortage causing headaches if you can even find gas. the lines are incredible. many don't have cars and rely on car services. they can't pull fill the reservation they already had. ladies, back to you. >>> you be safe down there. president obama traveling to the garden state for an up close look at sandy's destruction. it comes as governor christofilakos tee is being praise
